The SMUR X1 deploys at 11PM and completes its mission before your first employee arrives. Hot-swap battery architecture and autonomous docking sustain continuous operation through any shift, in any weather.
Where humans face limits,
Snowbotix deploys.
The Snowbotix SMUR X1 is an autonomous, modular platform for year-round outdoor maintenance. 100% electric, zero emissions, built for extreme environments, and always under human oversight.

Three reasons the SMUR X1 works when nothing else can.
The SMUR X1 knows exactly where it is, what's in its path, and what to do next, with ±1 inch positional accuracy and sub-6ft obstacle stop distance.
Nine purpose-built attachments connect via the MAI tool-free interface in under 5 minutes. Snow blower this morning. De-icing spreader tonight. Turf deck next season. One platform, every season.

Showing: Zero-Downtime Operation When Snowbotix Operates
The SMUR X1 is designed, tested, and deployed across all four seasons: clearing snow and ice in January, managing debris and vegetation in June, leaf and debris sweeping in fall, and maintaining perimeter access year-round. The attachment system and Autonomy-in-a-Box (AiB) stack operate to the same specification whether the ground is frozen or dry.

See If Your Site Qualifies1,000+ Uncrewed Deployment Hours
Outdoor autonomy is a category buyers are right to scrutinize, so we answer with hours rather than adjectives. Snowbotix machines have logged more than 1,000 uncrewed operating hours on live sites, in the conditions those contracts were written for: international airports, state DOT rest areas, universities, corporate campuses, and multi-site facility portfolios.
- International Airports Airside and Landside Surfaces
- DOT Rest Areas State Highway Network
- University Campuses Paths and Entrances, Overnight
- Corporate Campuses Access Roads and Pedestrian Routes
- Municipal Sidewalks and Paths Public Rights-of-Way
- Commercial Real Estate Plazas, Walks and Structure Decks
- Parking Structures Rooftop Decks, Zero Tolerance
- Facilities Services Portfolios Contracted Multi-Site Grounds
Every clearing pass is GPS-verified and timestamped. That is proof-of-service your risk and compliance teams can defend.
Key specifications
Start with low-risk validation.
A Snowbotix engagement begins with an assessment, proves value in a controlled pilot, and scales only on hard evidence, not a pitch.
STEP 01
Site Assessment
We map your site, priority zones, and liability-critical areas, and we model the operational cost you're carrying today against a Snowbotix deployment.
No commitment
STEP 02
Pilot
One site, defined success criteria you set, full GPS-verified proof-of-service. A trust-and-fit decision, not a procurement decision.
Low-risk · scoped
STEP 03
Scaled Deployment
Expand on documented results. The business case is built on your own pilot data: the internal next step a successful pilot unlocks.

Still Have Questions? Straight answers.
What does Snowbotix do?
Snowbotix is a commercial autonomous outdoor-maintenance platform. The SMUR X1 clears snow and ice, sweeps debris, and handles mowing and brush across recurring routes and zones. It runs year-round, on one platform, under human supervision.
Is it safe around people and vehicles?
Yes. Safety is the core design constraint. The SMUR X1 runs supervised autonomy with multi-modal obstacle detection, geofenced operating zones, and a human override in under three seconds, and is built to operate around pedestrians and vehicles on active sites.
How does it handle bad weather or areas without GPS?
It’s engineered for demanding conditions: operating in snow, whiteout, and cold, and navigating GPS-denied environments through onboard sensor fusion rather than relying on a clear satellite fix.
How does deployment work?
It starts with a site assessment: we map your property, define routes and safety zones, and confirm fit. From there, deployment, commissioning, operator training, and connectivity setup are handled by our field team.
What does it cost?
Snowbotix is delivered as a service with predictable monthly terms. We don’t publish a fixed price list. Pricing is tailored to your site, fleet size, season, and configuration, and provided as a written quote after a site assessment.
Who owns the operational data?
Data ownership and processing are set in the Master Services Agreement and its Data Privacy & Processing Agreement. See our Data Ownership & Processing statement for the summary.
Is this for residential use?
No. Snowbotix is built for commercial, municipal, industrial, and defense sites with recurring, definable maintenance work, not residential or consumer properties.
