This Cookie Policy explains how Roboworkx Inc., a Delaware corporation, d/b/a Snowbotix (“Snowbotix,” “we,” “us”), 2701 Airport Drive, Ypsilanti, MI 48198, uses cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies on our website. This policy applies to snowbotix.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Our parent-company website, roboworkx.com, uses the same technologies and has its own Cookie Policy.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files placed on your device by a website. Browser storage (such as local storage) holds similar information in your browser but is not sent to us with each request. Server logs are records our hosting provider keeps of each request to the website.
2. What we use, in brief
- Strictly necessary: a record of your cookie choice, kept in your own browser, and a security cookie our hosting provider may set to filter automated traffic. These are always on.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, the HubSpot tracking code, and Apollo.io’s website visitor tracker (which loads LiveIntent), which help us understand how visitors use the website and which businesses visit it. These set cookies and browser storage only if you accept Analytics.
- Functional: we do not currently use any functional cookies.
- Advertising: we do not use advertising cookies or social-media tracking. Google Analytics runs with advertising features switched off, so no demographic or remarketing data is collected. LiveIntent, which Apollo’s tracker loads, is an identity-resolution service also used in advertising; it runs only with your Analytics consent.

We review this list whenever we change the tools on the website.
5. Forms you choose to submit
Our forms are not controlled by the cookie banner, because you submit them deliberately:
- Newsletter sign-up (website footer): your email address is sent to HubSpot, our CRM provider.
- Site assessment request (Contact page): the details you enter (first and last name, email address, phone number, property type and size, region, current annual maintenance cost, and any context you add) are sent to HubSpot.
If you have accepted Analytics, HubSpot can link your submission to the HubSpot cookie in your browser, and so to your earlier visits. If you have not, the submission is received without any browsing history attached. How we use form information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Your choices
Our cookie banner offers Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or a custom selection. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar opt-out preference signals by treating them as a rejection of Analytics cookies on that browser. You may also use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Info” link in the footer.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies or browser storage may mean the banner reappears on each page.
7. Third parties
Google, HubSpot, Apollo, LiveIntent, and Cloudflare process this information as our service providers under their terms with us. They are listed, with their roles and regions, on our Sub-Processor List at snowbotix.com/legal/subprocessors. We do not sell personal information for money and do not use advertising cookies. Visitor identification by Apollo and LiveIntent may be treated as a “sale” or “share” under some state laws; it runs only with your Analytics consent, and you can opt out as described in section 6.
8. Updates
We update this policy when the technologies on our website change. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
