These Terms govern website use only; the provision of Snowbotix products and services is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict for customers.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the website. You agree not to misuse the website, including by using it unlawfully, interfering with or disrupting the website or its security, accessing it without authorization, scraping it, or infringing the rights of others.

The “Snowbotix,” “Engineered for Extremes,” and “ROBOWORKX” names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of Roboworkx Inc. and its affiliates. This Section addresses website use only and does not limit any rights or obligations under a Master Services Agreement.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute relating to the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
