Data Ownership & Processing
RoboWorkX Inc. dba Snowbotix · a Delaware corporation
This statement summarizes how Snowbotix handles data generated by customer deployments. Contractual data terms are governed by the Master Services Agreement and its Data Privacy & Processing Agreement.
1. Data ownership
As between Snowbotix and the customer, Snowbotix owns the operational and site data generated by a deployment (including route logs, telemetry, proof-of-service records, and site-mapping data), together with all autonomy technology, models, and improvements. The customer receives a license to access and use its own operational records for its internal facility-management operations during the term.
2. Personal & controlled data
For personal data processed in connection with the services, the customer is generally the controller and Snowbotix the processor, acting on documented instructions; Snowbotix does not sell or share personal data. Defense, CUI, and ITAR-controlled data are handled under the DPA and kept in the required environment (e.g., GovCloud) and are excluded from product-improvement use.
3. Processing purposes & subprocessors
Snowbotix processes deployment data to provide, operate, monitor, secure, and improve the services, and, where permitted, to produce aggregated or de-identified analytics that do not identify the customer or any individual. Snowbotix engages subprocessors under written terms consistent with the DPA and maintains a current subprocessor list, which is available on request.
4. Return & deletion
On termination, Snowbotix makes customer data available for export and deletes or anonymizes it within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
