This Privacy Policy explains how RoboWorkX Inc., a Delaware corporation, doing business as Snowbotix (“Snowbotix,” “we”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information about visitors to our website at snowbotix.com and prospects (“you”). It covers website and marketing personal information only. Operational and site data processed in delivering services to customers is governed by the Data Privacy & Processing Agreement (DPA) and the applicable Master Services Agreement, not this policy. Effective date: September 1, 2026.
1. Personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we collect the following categories (using California CCPA/CPRA category names):

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the website, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require an opt-out. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
2. How and why we use it
- Respond to inquiries, demo, and sales requests, and provide information you ask for.
- Operate, secure, analyze, and improve the website.
- Marketing communications (where permitted), which you can opt out of at any time.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
3. How we disclose it
We disclose personal information to service providers/processors (e.g., hosting, analytics, CRM such as HubSpot, email) who process it on our behalf under contract, and as required by law or in a corporate transaction. Our current sub-processor list is available on request.
4. “Sale” and “Sharing”; opt-out signals
We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent our use of advertising or analytics cookies constitutes a “sale” or “share” (cross-context behavioral advertising) under California and similar state laws, you may opt out. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar browser-based opt-out preference signals as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser or device. You may also use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and cookie controls.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to: know/access the personal information we hold; delete it; correct it; obtain a portable copy; opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. Some states also provide a right to appeal a decision.
How to exercise your rights
Submit a request via privacy@snowbotix.com. We will verify your request using information we hold; you may use an authorized agent with proof of authorization. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable as permitted).
6. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described, then delete or de-identify it, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Security & transfers
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (TLS in transit; access controls). If we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards.
