These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public website operated by RoboWorkX Inc., a Delaware corporation, doing business as Snowbotix (“Snowbotix,” “we,” “us”) at snowbotix.com (the “website”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. These Terms govern website use only; the provision of Snowbotix products and services is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict for customers.
1. Eligibility & acceptable use
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the website. You agree not to misuse the website, including no unlawful use, no interference with or disruption of the website or its security, no unauthorized access or scraping, and no infringement of others’ rights.
2. Intellectual property

The “Snowbotix,” “Engineered for Extremes,” and “ROBOWORKX” names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of RoboWorkX Inc. and its affiliates. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute relating to the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
