SNOWBOTIX

One Platform. Every Maintenance Season.

Most autonomy is built for one season. Snowbotix runs all of them (snow and ice through winter, then sweeping, mowing, and brush control the rest of the year) on one platform, one subscription, one agreement.

Snow & Ice Management

Manual snow operations break when stakes are highest, hitting unpredictably overnight and driving up costly overtime, staffing shortages, slip-and-fall liabilities, and SLA penalties for delayed clearing. Snowbotix eliminates these labor bottlenecks by executing automated, geofenced clearing sequences across mapped routes before opening hours, completely removing the need for 3 AM crew dispatches. To ensure pristine, risk-free sites every event, the system applies de-icer first to key areas like walkways and entrances, follows with a sweeper broom to take the surface straight to bare pavement without compacting refreezable layers, and deploys heavy-duty plows and blowers to relocate bulk snow volume across large drives and parking lots.

Sweeping and Debris removal

Snowbotix keeps paved surfaces spotless year-round across scheduled routes, handling everything from winter snow and post-season sand to leaves, litter, gravel, and loose debris. Sweeping serves as an essential primary standard rather than a secondary service, running behind de-icer during winter to clear pavement down to bare ground and prevent refreezing before transitioning into spring, summer, and fall property maintenance. Depending on the layout, you can deploy a rotary broom to quickly push debris aside across wide open expanses, or switch to a collection sweeper to lift material directly into an onboard hopper around tight plazas, storefronts, landscaping, and parked vehicles.

Mowing and Brush control

Snowbotix maintains turf, retention ponds, utility rights-of-way, solar sites, and large open parcels on a repeatable, recurring schedule throughout the growing season without any scheduling scramble. Built with a torque-first drivetrain and advanced traction control, it safely navigates steep slopes, embankments, and hazardous grades that are traditionally dangerous and difficult to staff with manual crews, delivering consistent mowing and brush cutting across every mapped zone.

One Platform. Every Season.

Consolidating snow, sweeping, and mowing onto one autonomous platform replaces a patchwork of seasonal vendors and crews with a single, documented, year-round service.

  1. Winter Snow clearing, ice management and de-icing across your routes and zones: before opening, every event.
  2. Spring Post-winter sweeping and debris cleanup: sand, salt and grit off every paved surface.
  3. Summer Mowing, turf maintenance and brush control on defined zones as the growing season runs.
  4. Fall Leaf and debris sweeping, end-of-season brush work, then straight back into winter readiness.

Fall closes on winter readiness, and the cycle runs again.

One platform
The same chassis runs every season on a different attachment.
One operating model
Mapped routes and zones, recurring schedules, and a documented pass, identical across every service line.
One deployment relationship
One agreement instead of a stack of seasonal contracts.
Year-round utilization
Twelve months of work from one deployment, rather than a machine that earns its keep for one season.

Every Pass, Documented.

Snowbotix produces a verifiable record of what was done, where, and when (automatically, on every route) so SLA compliance and liability defense stop depending on paper logs and memory.

Route & swept coverage / Logged events / Site boundary

What was done, where, and when.

Timestamped coverage

Every route and zone is GPS-logged with time and coverage, not a hand-written after-the-fact note.

SLA compliance

Show service-level adherence per site and per event with an auditable trail.

Liability defense

When a claim arises, the coverage record shows exactly what was cleared, swept, treated, or cut, and when.

Turn every maintenance pass into an inspection.

While Snowbotix clears, sweeps, or mows, its onboard sensors automatically capture site conditions in real time, turning routine ground maintenance into continuous inspection. As it moves across your property, the system tracks pavement wear, surface cracking, and changes over time, while integrated thermal imaging detects hazards like standing water, ice risks, and heat anomalies before they become critical failures. Simultaneously, it builds and updates a precise, geolocated running inventory of all fixed assets across your entire site.
